General Description: Performs operating procedures of plant equipment to produce quality material while achieving set daily production goals.
Reports to: Production Supervisor & Lead Technician
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of applicable equipment production goals
- Knowledge of Compounder Basics
- Knowledge of Guards and Safety Devices
Safety Principles:
- Proper lifting
- MSDS Understanding
- Fire safety knowledge
- PPE
- Emergency Action Plan
- Injured Person
- Unsafe Acts Reporting
- Housekeeping Requirement
- Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures
Minimum Education Qualifications: High school diploma or 1 year machine operator experience.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals.

General Description: Performs receiving and shipping procedures of all plant incoming/outgoing materials. Performs weighing, recording and staging of all raw materials using issued lab blend to meet production required demands.
Reports to: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor & Scheduler
